On behalf of the Global Compact Cities Programme and RMIT University, the ProSPER.Net Secretariat is pleased to make the announcement on two urban research focused internships for postgraduate students from ProSPER.Net member universities in the Asia-Pacific region. Interns will be based in a selected city government and assist that city with completing a Global Compact City Scan assessment. The Cities Programme developed the City Scan, a diagnostic and reporting tool, in response to the need for city governments to effectively tackle critical urban issues in a holistic way using a simple process. During the internship, interns will be provided a stipend of AUD1,800 in total.
