DESCRIPTION

A parallel session at the 20th International Conference on Waste Management and Technology (20th ICWMT 2025 / 2025 Waste Global Forum), Greening Education represents an important global dialogue on reimagining sustainability education across Higher Education Institutions. It will articulate on the integration of circular economy principles – including resource efficiency, waste minimization and value retention throughout product lifecycles – into business education. By considering economic, environmental and social perspectives, the session will help educators and students understand and apply circular-economy business models in real-world contexts – preparing them in their roles as future business leaders and decision makers who will foster innovation and advance sustainability goals.
