SDSN AusNZPac, ACTS and PRME AusNZ warmly invite you to join university leaders, education for sustainable development experts, and teaching staff from a wide range of disciplines, to discuss good practices, challenges and opportunities for scaling up education for the Sustainable Development Goals (SDGs) across Higher Education in the AusNZPac region.
Providing all their students with the knowledge, skills and mindsets to address complex sustainable development challenges is one of the biggest contributions HEIs can have towards achieving the SDGs.
The forum aims to share good practices from institutions in our region and to discuss the challenges and opportunities for scaling up education for the SDGs. It will focus in particular on three themes:
- Supporting mainstreaming education for the SDGs through institutional mechanisms and cross-institutional collaborations
- Implementing innovative educational programs in response to the SDGs and societal challenges
- Learning & teaching for climate change action
The forum is free and open to anyone who is interested in education for the SDGs in higher education. The sessions will be recorded and shared online.
See the forum website for full details and to register.
