The Organizations and the Natural Environment (ONE) Division of the Academy of Management (AoM) is an active and welcoming community of scholars interested in the areas of sustainability and environmental business strategies. During the annual conference, the division organises multiple events, including a doctoral consortium and a junior faculty consortium.
The SIM-ONE Junior Faculty Consortium is an annual event that provides an opportunity for early-career faculty members and postdocs who are members of the Social Issues in Management (SIM) and/or Organizations and the Natural Environment (ONE) divisions to network with senior faculty members, learn and develop their research ideas. Applicants are invited to register for the hybrid SIM-ONE Junior Faculty Consortium, to take place on Friday, 5 August, 2022, from 8 am to 12 pm (Seattle time). Learn more here.
The ONE Doctoral Consortium offers a networking, learning, and research reflection opportunity to doctoral students engaged in organisations and the natural environment (ONE) research. The consortium allows doctoral students at a more advanced stage of their program to engage with other like-minded students, and gain valuable mentorship from junior and senior faculty in their field. Doctoral students will have the opportunity to network with colleagues, ask candid questions to faculty, and discuss their research projects in an open environment. The ONE Doctoral Consortium is currently planned to be held in-person with a hybrid option during the 82nd Annual Meeting of the Academy of Management (AOM), Seattle, Washington, on 7 August, 2022.
